The Extra Low-Profile Arkimede® 10 pedestal is a specially designed support for use in areas where low threshold heights are encountered. The pedestals are adjustable from 0.39" to 0.59" (10 to 15mm) as standard, or 0.59" to 0.79" (15mm to 20mm) with the 0,2" (5mm) height extender ring supplied with each pedestal. 
TER09-1147/C - This is a special molded 5/64" (2 mm) thick rubber ring to fit to the top of the support head to provide acoustic damping by reducing transmitted noise through the pedestal. Available as a separate part. Click here.

Each support is composed of a threaded head section operated by a lever which provides easy access during installation. The spacer tabs are removable to enable the supports to be used in areas where no separation is required, such as under the centres of large slabs, or at sides and corners.
Scale markings, on the pedestal head, makes raising or lowering the head really quick and precise. Height adjustments can be made without removing the paver or tile thus allowing for extremely easy and fast installation. As standard, each Extra Low-Level 1020 pedestal comes complete with one 0.2" (5mm) extender ring.

The head and base have a diameter of 6" (156mm), with a support surface of 29.6" (191cm²), providing stable installations on most surfaces. Suitable for use indoors and outdoors, water channels are provided in the base for drainage.
