The Extra Low-Profile 1020 pedestal is a specially designed professional quality, heavy duty support for use in areas where very low threshold heights are required. Each support is composed of a threaded head section with a single tab for fixing to a joist where needed.
TER09-1147/C - This is a special molded 5/64" (2 mm) thick rubber ring to fit to the top of the support head to provide acoustic damping by reducing transmitted noise through the pedestal. Available as a separate part. Click here.

Specifications
An easy to operate adjustment ring, with an extended lever to assist access in tight spaces, makes raising or lowering the head really quick and precise. Height adjustments can be made without lifting off or moving the joist, thus allowing for extremely easy installation. As standard the Extra Low-Level 1020 pedestal adjusts from 0.39" to 0.59" (10 to 15mm), or 0.59" to 0.79" (15 to 20mm) with the 0.2" (5mm) extender disc which is supplied with each pedestal (this can be placed beneath the pedestal where required).
The head and base have a diameter of 6" (156mm), with a support surface of 29.6" (191cm²), providing stable installations on most surfaces. Suitable for use indoors and outdoors, water channels are provided in the base for drainage.
An optional 1/8" thick anti-slip, cushioning, rubber base ring is available for use on membranes, etc. This effectively reduces transmitted noise where decks are mounted on balconies or roof areas, as well as for floors in multi-occupancy buildings.
