Each Arkimede® paver pedestal comprises a base plate, threaded adjustment collar and self-leveling support head with 4 spacer tabs of 4mm (⁵⁄₃₂") thickness. Adjustable from 41mm to 66mm (1⅝'' - 2⅝'') as standard. Clip in extenders in 25mm, 50mm, 100mm (1'', 2'', 4'') heights are available.
Base laying surface: 314 cm² (49 sq.in). Head diameter: 120mm (4¾").
The base includes water drainage channels.
Made of recycled PP (polypropylene).
Used in external areas for roof gardens, terraces, pavements and decks.
TER09-1143/G - This is a special molded 5/64" (2 mm) thick rubber ring to fit to the top of the support head to provide acoustic damping by reducing transmitted noise through the pedestal. Available as a separate part.
Each support is composed of a threaded self-leveling head section, with 4 tabs 5/32" (4mm) in width for tile or paver spacing. The spacer tabs are individually removable to enable the supports to be used in areas where no separation is required, such as under the centers of large slabs, or at the perimeters.
An easy to operate threaded adjustment ring makes raising or lowering the head really quick and precise. Height adjustments can be made without removing the paver or tile thus allowing for extremely easy and fast installation.
The large 200mm (8”) base plate provides stable support on most surfaces. Scribe marks are provided on the underside to assist in trimming for use at sides and corners of installations. An optional 3mm thick anti-slip, cushioning, rubber base pad is available for use on membranes, etc. This effectively reduces transmitted noise where pavers are mounted on balconies or roof areas.
